Guns N’ Roses is suing a gun store they say ripped off their name without permission.

The store, Texas Guns and Roses, is accused of ‘wholesale appropriation’ in a lawsuit filed by the band in federal court.

The suit states that GN’R “does not want to be associated with the defendant, a firearms and weapons retailer”.

The store claims the name is legit and points out that it actually sells rose bundles on its website.
