Wahlburgers closed it’s doors earlier this year on the corner of Ionia and Fulton in downtown Grand Rapids. It did not remain empty for long.
A report from MLive indicates a new restaurant is set to open in that same location. The ‘fine dive bar’ setting will be called The Foolery, where Detroit-style pizza will be a staple along with craft cocktails.
It is owned by Spencer Raymond, who also owns Social Misfits right next store in the same building.
