GM Recalling over 450,000 Trucks And SUVs

General Motors is recalling nearly half a million pickup trucks and SUVs over a transmission issue.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) says the rear wheels can lock up, increasing the risk of a crash. The recall includes these vehicles:

  • 2020-2022 Chevy Silverado
  • 2020-2022 GMC Sierra
  • 2021 Cadillac Escalade
  • 2021 GMC Yukon
  • 2021 Chevy Tahoe
  • 2021 Chevy Suburban

Roughly 462,000 vehicles are included in the recall. Owners will be notified by letter starting Dec. 9th.
