On Friday (October 4), Donald Glover announced that he has canceled the remainder of his Childish Gambino 2024 tour dates in North America and the UK/Europe. Glover was recently hospitalized following a show in New Orleans, and surgery is now required for the 41-year-old actor and music star. This news follows Glover’s previous announcement back in September that he was postponing all of Childish Gambino’s scheduled North American shows in 2024, but those dates are now officially canceled as is his entire UK/European tour. “As of now I have surgery scheduled and need time out to heal. My path to recovery is something I need to confront seriously,” Glover wrote. “With that said, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the remainder of the North American tour and the UK and European dates.
